What You'll Create
By the end of this guide, you'll have created a professional 3-column pricing table with:
- Three pricing tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise)
- Feature lists for each plan
- Call-to-action buttons
- Professional styling that matches your brand
Step 1: Create Your First Table
1 Access the Plugin
In your WordPress dashboard, look for Premium Pricing Tables in the left sidebar and click on it.
2 Click "Add New"
Click the Add New button at the top of the page. You'll be taken to the table builder.
3 Name Your Table
At the top, enter a name for your table, such as "Main Pricing Table" or "Subscription Plans". This is just for your reference - visitors won't see it.
Step 2: Add Your Columns (Pricing Tiers)
4 Add Your First Column
By default, you'll see one column. Click the + Add Column button to add more. Add 3 columns total for Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
For each column, fill in:
- Plan Name: "Basic", "Pro", "Enterprise"
- Price: "$9", "$29", "$99"
- Billing Period: "per month", "/mo", or "monthly"
- Description: A short tagline like "For individuals" or "For small teams"
5 Highlight Your Popular Plan
Click on the middle column (Pro) and look for the "Highlight this column" checkbox. Check it to make this plan stand out with a badge and different styling.
Step 3: Add Features
6 Add Feature Rows
Below the columns, you'll see a Features section. Click + Add Feature to add rows. Add these features:
- Users: Basic: "1 user", Pro: "5 users", Enterprise: "Unlimited"
- Storage: Basic: "10 GB", Pro: "100 GB", Enterprise: "1 TB"
- Support: Basic: "Email", Pro: "Priority", Enterprise: "24/7"
- API Access: Basic: โ, Pro: โ, Enterprise: โ
Step 4: Add Call-to-Action Buttons
7 Configure Buttons
For each column, scroll down to the Button section and add:
- Button Text: "Get Started", "Buy Now", or "Contact Sales"
- Button URL: Link to your checkout page, contact form, or external payment processor
Step 5: Customize Colors (Optional)
8 Match Your Brand
In the right sidebar, you'll find color customization options:
- Primary Color: Your main brand color (affects buttons and highlights)
- Background Color: Table background
- Text Color: Main text color
Or use one of the preset themes for instant professional styling!
Step 6: Publish Your Table
9 Save and Get Your Shortcode
Click the blue Publish button in the top right corner. After publishing, you'll see a shortcode like this:

Copy the shortcode and paste it into any WordPress page or post where you want the pricing table to appear. That's it!
